Privacy policy

Bingo card data and normal game usage stay on-device by default. Support data is only collected when you submit a support report from the app or website.

Beta signup data

iOS beta signup opens the TestFlight public link. Android beta signup opens the Google Groups tester link and Google Play testing link. BingoFlow does not collect an email address for either beta signup path on the website.

Support report data

• Required: category, subject, description, source, and report ID.
• Optional: contact email, reproduction notes, expected/actual behavior.
• Optional with consent: app/device diagnostics and user-selected attachment uploads (photos/videos/screenshots/log excerpts).

Storage and retention

Attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2 under non-guessable object keys and linked in private support issues using tokenized Worker URLs. Default retention target is 30 days unless manually retained for investigation. The app never auto-uploads camera frames, bingo card content, photos, or videos.
